1. Cancellation Procedures
Customers may cancel their Nomo Home Phone subscription at any time by logging into their account and following the designated account deletion process.
Monthly customers will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period, while annual customers are eligible for a pro-rated refund, provided they have completed a minimum term of 3 months.
2. Number Port-Out
Customers have the right to port their telephone number out of Nomo Home Phone at any time.
Your Nomo Account must be active and current in order to port your number out.
Customers must not cancel their Nomo Home Phone account before initiating the porting process for their telephone number. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the forfeiture of the telephone number. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper completion of the number porting process with their new service provider.
3. Refund Process
For annual customers eligible for a pro-rated refund, the refund process will be initiated upon the successful account cancellation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and customers will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund amount and details.
4. Termination of Services
Prairie Voice Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user found to be in violation of these terms of service. Termination may occur without prior notice. In the event of service termination, customers will not be eligible for any refund, and access to the Nomo Home Phone platform will be immediately discontinued.
5. Billing and Communication
Customers are responsible for all charges incurred up to the point of cancellation, including any outstanding fees or usage charges. Prairie Voice Networks will communicate with customers regarding billing matters and account status through the email associated with their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.
